.April showers didn't dampen our Corvette fun with a great dinner run to the Quarterdeck in Arroyo Grande on the 14th and on the 28th another fun presentation at the Melodrama Theater along with dinner at Old Juan's Cantina, hopefully you able to make one or both of them.
As we move into May we are looking for better weather and some great times, starting out with a weekend trip May 5 &6th with a trip to the National Hotrod Museum in Pomona and dinner at the Magic Castle, in Hollywood, thanks to Greg Villegas who is getting us into this exclusive Club as he is a member there. Then on Sunday May 13th, there is a going away potluck party for Bruce & Patti Lewis at the Sturgeons and lastly on Sunday May 20th a Brunch at the Chumash Casino, for some good food and a drive in the countryside. I hope you can join in on some or all of these events.
Thanks to all who are helping put on these events especially Greg & Pam Sturgeon for offering their home for the Lewis's farewell party.
May will also be the last month that Bruce and Patti will be with us at the Club and they will dearly be missed not only for the great people they are but for all of the things they have done for the Club over the many years. We wish them the best of times in their retirement to the Phoenix area and hope to see them when they get back this way.
